Jagan Skips Another Court HearingIt is known to our readers that the CBI Court in Nampally had turned down the petition of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy from Personal Appearances in the court. The court, however, allowed Jagan to get an exemption for a particular day which will granted basing on the reason for which it is sought.

The Chief Minister exercised the Option right on the first Friday after the court orders. His lawyer filed a petition in the court that the Union Energy Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan is coming to Andhra Pradesh and he has a lunch meeting with the minister at his camp office in Tadepalli.

The court granted the exemption. Jagan filed a similar exemption petition every Friday after coming to Power. He is yet to attend a single court hearing since then. Legal Experts say that the court may not allow it forever unless Jagan gets some respite from the high court or the supreme court.

In total CBI has filed 11 cases for criminal conspiracy, cheating, dishonesty, accepting bribe, forgery and criminal misconduct. The Enforcement Directorate(ED) has filed 7 cases relating to money laundering. The court already opined that Jagan is not co-operating in the trial.
