Jagan Shifting to Guntur TemporarilyVelagapudi will house the first ever Assembly session of Andhra Pradesh post the state bifurcation from March 6th. The session will go on for about 18 days and Opposition Leader, Jagan Mohan Reddy is planning to station himself in Guntur in all those days. The government will be providing Guest house in Vijayawada for the Opposition Leader.

But then Jagan is keen on having his own accommodation in Guntur which will ensure that there can be good discussions with his party MLAs about what to do in the house every day. There is a house in Guntur belonging to a YSR Congress leader but then all the roads leading to the house are congested.

So, the police department informed Jagan that it is not feasible. Also, there are some security concerns for this particular buildings. The Party leaders are on a hunt for a building close to Inner Ring Road for easy transit from there to the Assembly Building in Velagapudi.
