Jagan Seeks Court Appearance Exemption Once AgainAndhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who attended the CBI Court for the first time after becoming the Chief Minister sought Personal Exemption from the court yet again. Previously, Jagan sought exemption saying that his lawyer will be attending the court every Friday on his behalf but the court rejected it.

Now, Jagan‘s lawyer informed the court that the co-accused in the case will attend on his behalf. Jagan’s lawyer was referring to Vijay Sai Reddy who is the auditor for all the companies of Jagan when the alleged Quid Pro Quo took place. However, the court did not take any decision on it.

The next hearing of the case will take place on 17th which means the next Friday. Jagan will have to attend that hearing as well. Meanwhile, there is a criticism in Social Media about Jagan using the Government-funded Special Flight to commute between Vijayawada and Hyderabad for the court cases.

Along with Jagan, Vijaya Sai Reddy, Dharmana Prasad Rao, IAS Officer Srilakshmi, Retired IAS Officer Samuel also attended the court hearing today.
