The other day, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Jagathi Publications withdrew its Petition in Hyderabad High Court through which they are pursuing the court to hear to all the cases at a time. Jagathi withdrew the petition when it is on the verge of losing the case.
As soon as the incident happened, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy rushed to Governor, ESL Narasimhan in Raj Bhavan. Jagan went to Raj Bhavan for the first time all alone and sat with the Governor. Eyebrows are raised over the sudden meeting and there are doubts if Jagan is asking the Governor to broker between him and the Center.
Unannounced meeting and Jagan not taking the other leaders along with him increases the doubts. The implications of the court case are going to be severe. If all the cases on Jagan are pursued separately, Jagan may have to go court very often, not like every Friday as now.
That will foil his political image and will also become a hindrance for his proposed Padayatra. Jagathi Publications has other option to approach Supreme Court now. Despite the outcome, it will delay the court proceedings. Let us see what is in store for Jagan and YSR Congress!
