Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has completed 200 days of his Praja Sankalp Padayatra today. Till now, Jagan has completed around 2430 Kilometers mark and has covered 10 districts. He is currently touring East Godavari and will enter Uttarandhra very soon.
The 200 days milestone mean that Jagan is in between the people for all these days taking breaks only for every Friday due to Court Proceedings and sometimes rarely for the festivals. This is the biggest asset of Jagan after he floated a party following his father’s demise.
Jagan trusted people and always believed in staying with them. Before 2014 elections, he stayed with the people in the name of Odarpu Yatra. And now, with 2019 elections being the do or die election, he treaded the even difficult path of the walkathon.
It is the biggest asset of Jagan and that has made him successful in leading a party despite no political experience. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his party men will be hoping that People will give him a chance at least once. History has proved Padayatra always helped the leaders to come to Power. It has to be seen if the history proves to be right once again in 2019.
