Jagan Places Himself Exactly Opposite to Chandrababu NaiduAndhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who pushed the then TDP Government into a confrontation with the Central Government has now taken exactly opposite path. Jagan buried the Special Status issue right on the day one announcing that he can only request but not demand it.

Later, he made his intentions clear by touching the feet of the Prime Minister. Since then, the Chief Minister is trying to be in the Good Books of Delhi. The other day, Jagan has announced that he will be inviting the Prime Minister to launch his Rythu Bharosa Scheme on October 15th.

Never before in history, a Chief Minister invited a Prime Minister belonging to another party to launch his own Populist Scheme. Jagan even wrote to the center to co-operate for Godavari diversion project to Rayalaseema which he is going to undertake in association with KCR.

It is clear that Jagan has decided that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is too powerful to take on. He already has the example of Chandrababu Naidu before him. So, he seems to be keen on taking the support of the Center in every issue. But the big question will be what is running in the minds of Modi and Shah.
