Jagan Misleading The CBI CourtA petition filed by Narsapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju in the CBI court seeking revocation of AP CM Jagan’s bail in disproportionate assets case came to hearing today. The YSR Congress MP filed a rejoinder against the counter filed by Jagan in this case.

“Jagan made several false allegations in the counter and is misleading the court. It is absurd to say that I am not eligible to file the petition. The courts have already clarified the merits of the petition. Only FIRs have been registered against me. No charge sheets have been filed. Jagan’s accusations are that the demons preaching Vedas. There is no relation between this petition and my cases,” RRR said in the rejoinder.

My disqualification has got nothing to do with this petition. Some people in the CBI are influencing the case. That is why the CBI did not reveal its opinion in its reply. The allegations that the petition was filed for publicity are baseless. The CID registered a case against me as soon as I filed the petition. I was illegally arrested and tortured,” Raghu Rama informed the court.

Jagan’s lawyer asked the court to give more time for arguments in the matter. The court adjourned the case till July 1st.
