YSRCP-MP-Balasouri-Vs-RailwayMinister-Ashwini-Vaishnaw-Machilipatnam YSR Congress MP Vallabhaneni Balashowry asked a question in the Parliament and troubled his own government.

In the Parliament today, the MP questioned the Central Government about delays in the completion of various Railway projects in Andhra Pradesh.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw replied to it.

“There are railway projects worth 70,000 Crore alone in Andhra Pradesh. These are all on a cost-sharing basis. But the state government is not paying its share somehow,” the minister said.

The minister also added that the state government’s share is a paltry 1,798 Crore.

“Under such circumstances, it is not possible to take up new projects in Andhra. The existing projects can be expedited if the state government is convinced to release its share as soon as possible,” the minister added.

Jagan Government will anyways not invest in infrastructure. Stalling projects majorly taken up by the Union Government is even more unfortunate.
