YS Jagan-Narne Srinivasa RaoJunior NTR’s Father-in-law and Popular Businessman, Narne Srinivasa Rao joined YSR Congress the last month in the Presence of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. There were several discussions about if NTR will support this move or if he will campaign for YSR Congress because of the Family Commitment.

But then, much to the relief of NTR, Jagan reportedly denied ticket for Narne who expected to contest from Chilakaluripeta or Guntur. Narne Srinivasa Rao was given a nominal post just to pacify him. He is appointed as YSR Congress Party Central Governing Council Member and the orders were issued.

This came as a relief to NTR because giving him ticket may force NTR to choose between TDP or his family which will be a dangerous situation for him. No contest will mean that Junior need not campaign. He will just stay silent just like he did in the case of the 2014 elections.
