Jagan Gets Much-Needed Relief from CBI CourtCBI Court has squashed the CBI’s petition for the cancellation of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Bail. The arguments on this cases were concluded on April 21st and the judgment was posted to today. The court has also allowed Jagan to go on a holiday to Newzealand for 15 days between May 15th to June 15th.

This will ensure that Jagan’s Proposed Deeksha in Guntur on May 1st and 2nd will now go as per the plan. The Opposition Leader in AP Assembly and Accused Number 2, Vijaya Sai Reddy attended the Court Proceedings today in Nampally.

Before going to the court, Jagan held a closed-door meeting with the Senior leaders of the party and instructed them how to take forward the party in case he is arrested. Jagan’s Brother-in-law, Anil Kumar organized Special Prayers in the Church present in Lotus Pond to get a favorable judgment.

Interestingly, Court has acknowledged Jagan’s lawyer argument that the Opposition Leader has no say in Sakshi Operations. This will come as a huge relief for the Opposition Leader. On the other side, the buzz is that CBI is planning to knock the door of the high court now.
