Opposition Leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is gearing up for a marathon Padayatra from October-end. Reports are emerging that he will have a special eye on the constituencies where TDP has managed to win more than Six Times in the history.
But then, this seems to be a flawed strategy. “For an opposition party which is struggling, as evident from Nandhyal and Kakinada should be focusing on the areas where it is strong and will be able to put up a fight. It will lead to nowhere if you want to target ruling party strongholds,” a Political Expert opined.
“The Ruling Party is improving its Vote Base when compared to the 2014 Election. We have seen SCs and Minorities voting for TDP in Nandyal. The focus should be to get back them. You can not fight a government in their forte constituencies,” he opined.
The Padayatra covering the length and breadth of the state will begin on October 26th. The Padayatra is named ‘Annosthunnadu’. On the other side, it has to be seen what Jagan does about his every Friday Court Appearance. We know that the court had not accepted to give him an exception from personal appearance.
