YS Jagan blames oppositionBack to back incidents of vandalizing temples in Andhra Pradesh have become a blot on the image of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. There are around 125 such incidents in Jagan’s rule and not even a single incident resulted in any arrest so far.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is coming before the media and claiming political conspiracy against him. Usually, in any case, police catch the criminal and then try to establish the motive behind the crime. But here, the Chief Minister has established the motive first and Police will have to make arrests suiting the narrative of the Chief Minister.

This is like Reverse Engineering to escape blame. The State Government has complete machinery including the intelligence department which is capable of even sensing Maoist threats. It is a joke that the Government could not find the culprits behind these Temple attacks. Repeated claims of political conspiracy will take the Government nowhere.

It is a matter of time people will start believing if the government is trying to shield someone involved in these incidents. People may not believe the Government getting involved in such crimes with no obvious benefits. But Questions like – Did Missionaries take control of the State Government? will crop up.
