Jagan_Anti-incumbencyJagan Mohan Reddy will address the party MLAs and incharges for the last workshop of the Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam on April 3rd. This meeting is very crucial as it comes at a time when there are speculations that Jagan is contemplating going for early elections.

Also, this is the first political meeting Jagan is attending after the disastrous results in the MLC elections.

In the last meeting, Jagan expressed disappointment with the performance of 32 MLAs and warned them. It is interesting to see the number this time.

He is also expected to rap the leaders of Uttarandhra and Rayalaseema over the MLC elections loss.

Since this is the last meeting, this will give an idea about the MLAs who will not be getting seats in the coming elections.

This meeting comes immediately after Jagan’s hurried tour to Delhi. There were rumors that Jagan went to Delhi to take assurance from Modi and Amit Shah for early elections in November or December along with Telangana.

The MLC election results were indicating that the YSR Congress government is going through a rough patch and discontentment is peaking in the general public on this government. Jagan seems to be planning for an early election to cut that.

Anti-incumbency usually increases as elections draw closer. Moreover, Lokesh’s Padayatra started showing its effect and Chandrababu Naidu is also planning to hit the ground in April. The early election means the Opposition will have very little time to prepare for the election.

There is another option as well. If Jagan decides there is no way defeat can be averted, he can continue full term not to waste the remaining term.

This April 3rd meeting will give us an idea about the Panic in Jagan’s camp.

The speciality of Jagan Mohan Reddy is he has this extraordinary ability to hide the reality and speak as if everything is good. We have seen that in 2014 as well. This time many do not know the reality until the MLC elections happened.

Jagan hid the failure with slogans like Why Not 175?, Why Not Kuppam?

But if he tried to hide further, it will do more harm than good to the party.
