Media Baron Ramoji Rao’s granddaughter entered the wedlock on Saturday. The who-is-who of Indian politics, cinema, and business have attended and blessed the couple.
Ramoji Rao’s son, Eenadu MD Kiron, a few days ago, went to Tadepalli and invited Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for this ceremony. But the Chief Minister skips it.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao, ministers, and MLAs of the ruling party have attended the wedding ceremony. Along with Jagan, all the leaders belonging YSRCP also skipped.
A few years ago, Ramoji Rao‘s other granddaughter’s wedding has happened and at that time, Jagan Mohan Reddy had attended the wedding.
There were pictures of him trying to be obedient and pleasing before Ramoji Rao. But then, times have changed.
For the last few months, Eenadu is being critical of the government’s failures.
We have seen the Chief Minister himself naming Eenadu as his main rival. So, he may have decided to skip.
Back then, Jagan may have hoped to impress Ramoji Rao and get him on his side or at least make him neutral.
But this time, he may have now decided that it is not possible and skipped the wedding.
