Jagan's Cases Are Five Times More Complex Than 2G Scam CaseTelangana High Court had heard a petition requesting exemption from Personal appearance of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in his disproportionate assets cases. After CBI Court rejected the plea, Jagan has approached the high Court. During the hearing, Jagan’s Counsel has made interesting comments.

“The cases on Jagan are more complex than the 2G Scam case and so, the hearings will take very long time. It is difficult for the Chief Minister to attend the court for five days a week which will hamper the development of the state. Jagan always attended the hearings when in Opposition,” the counsel said.

“There are instances of Supreme Court saying that those in Public service should not be troubled,” the counsel added. The judge inquired about how many times former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao attended the court during Jharkhand Mukti Morcha cases.

The next hearing of the case is posted to December 6th. The CBI will have to reveal its stand over this issue in the next hearing. It may be known to the readers that Jagan has attended the court only once in the last two and a half years after becoming the Chief Minister.
