AB_Venkateswara_Rao_And_YS_Jagan_Mohan_ReddyDays after giving posting on the high court’s compulsion, the Jagan government once again suspended Senior IPS AB Venkateswara Rao saying that he is influencing the witnesses in his ACB case registered two years ago.

ABV had strongly reacted to the suspension. “It is true that there is an ACB case. Although the case was registered a year and a half ago, no chargesheet has been filed so far. How do I influence witnesses before the trial begins?” ABV questioned.

“Some useless advisor or suspended Tahsildar may have given the idea. How can the government suspend me under the same section once struck down by the High Court? Every sentence in the report given by the ACB is wrong. I will prove it,” he said.

Jagan has charge sheets in 12 CBI and 6 ED cases (implying Jagan can also influence witnesses being the Chief Minister). There are also charge sheets against Srilakshmi garu. How do the rules that do not apply to Srilakshmi apply to me?,” the senior IPS questioned.

“How can the government file an ACB case when there is no single rupee of corruption found?” he asked.
