Jagan Already Expected Adverse Ruling from the Court?Within an hour of the adverse ruling from the CBI Court refusing exemption for Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy from the Court Exemptions, his lawyers have moved to the High Court. According to some media houses, they have filed the petition and are waiting for the date of hearing by the High Court registrar.

They brought to the notice that refusing exemption is against the Principles of Natural Justice. They repeated the same arguments that his presence is needed in the state throughout the week for the discharge of his constitutional duties. They brought to the notice of the court that around 65 Lakhs should be spent by the State for each of his visits to Hyderabad.

It is not easy to prepare the petition in such a short time and that means Jagan is already expecting an adverse ruling from the CBI court. It has to be seen what the High Court decides in this issue. Earlier, the High Court rejected the plea when Jagan sought exemption for his Padayatra.

This time they are hoping that they are better placed for asking the exemption since he is in a constitutional position.
