Nandamuri Balakrishna is touring various districts of Seema Andhra as a part of the success tour of his latest movie, Legend. The actor got an outstanding reception particularly in the Anantapur district. People thronged on to the roads to welcome the star. Incidentally, the actor is interested to contest from Hindupur constituency of the district. The reception he got in the district is tempting the actor to choose this constituency for his political debut.
Balakrishna’s costar Chiranjeevi contested from two places during his Political debut. He lost from Palakol which is incidentally in Chiranjeevi’s home district. The defeat pegged back Chiranjeevi’s career and today he is no entity in state politics. Balayya do not want the same mistake to occur to him and is being very careful choosing his election turf. Hindupur is a strong forte of Telugu Desam Party. Balakrishna’s father and Telugu Desam founder, NT Rama Rao contested thrice from Hindupur and won effortlessly.
