In Case of Telangana, It's up to the mercy of God and CoronaTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao addressed the media a little while ago about the revised guidelines for the latest phase of Lockdown. This press meet assumes significance since there are allegations that Telangana is sitting on a ticking time-bomb as it is under-testing.

Even as there are apprehensions in the citizens, the Telangana Government had relaxed most of the restrictions. Government and private offices are allowed with a 100 percent workforce. All shops are allowed to function. Shops in Hyderabad, the Red Zone area of Telangana can open on alternate days using even and odd system.

e-commerce will be allowed at 100%. The Night curfew will continue and there are some restrictions like no inter-state buses, malls, theaters, gyms, Metro Rail, educational institutions, etc. Strict Lockdown will be enforced only in Containment Zones of Hyderabad.

This will impact only around 1400 families in the state. The Chief Minister pushed the ball in the people’s court by saying, “Stay at home if possible for some more time, do not step out for no reason. Relaxation doesn’t mean you have to go out immediately”. “Almost Relaxed, it’s up to the mercy of God and Corona,” Twitterati who are disappointed with the low testing say.
