Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay has started his Padayatra from the Old City in Hyderabad. We are just into the third day of the padayatra and it is getting tremendous response from the BJP cadre.
Meanwhile, it is said that AP BJP President Somu Veerraju is also contemplating the same idea. Buzz is that Somu Veerraju is planning to start his Padayatra after six months. However, even BJP fans are not sure of this Padayatra success.
“The idea will backfire. Telangana BJP has strong cadre and ideology. Bandi Sanjay is a mass leader. Moreover, Telangana BJP is on a high with the recent electoral success. AP BJP condition is exactly opposite. Veerraju will only embarrass the party will low turnout to his Padayatra,” they say.
But then, AP BJP is completely down after losing deposit in recent Tirupati By-election. It has to do something out of box to come into the limelight.
