If Amaravati is Touched, it is End of Jagan's Political Career - Chandrababu NaiduThe protests in Amaravati have entered the 14th day. The Farmers who have voluntarily given their lands for the Capital have come on roads and are protesting against the Government’s decision to shift the capital. Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, however, says the capital would continue in Amaravati.

“100% sure that the capital will be in Amaravati. Not only me, except for the ruling YSR Congress, but all other political parties are also with the farmers and they are for Amaravati as Capital. If he adamantly tries to shift the capital, that calls the end of his political career. You will see how things would evolve,” Chandrababu said.

Naidu also turned down the allegations of Insider Trading in Land Pooling of Amaravati. Responding to the Government’s legal opinion to seek CBI probe, Naidu rubbished them, “Yes. They should become fools by failing to prove this allegation also”.

He reminded that his government planned to ban the land registrations before the development but finally yielded to farmers’ demand as they said they cannot marry their children and cannot give education to their children if they are not allowed to sell their lands.
