After it’s formation after 16 months from 2nd June 2014, Telangana is voted and selected as the ‘Promising State of the year’ by the jury of India Business Leaders Awards. These awards are initiatives from CNBC-TV18 to recognise leaders who contribute to the global economy who create and sustain entrepreneurship.
This year, the honor came to Telangana and hence the appreciation goes to CM Kalvakuntla Chandra Sekhar, who is most probably to attend the Awards ceremony to be held in Mumbai soon. KCR is said to have expressed his happiness over the selection and thanked the jury for the same.
According to the jury, Telangana State has met the criteria of the selection. Besides the ‘Promising State of the year’ category, there are 10 other categories for which the awards will be given.
