I-PacThere is a hint of big anti-incumbency against the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government in the recent MLC elections. The ruling party is trying to put up a brave face so as not to show panic.

Many MLAs are said to be facing severe anti-incumbency and it has become tough to replace them.

In some constituencies, they are being replaced by other YSR Congress leaders. But the problem arises when there are no such options, they are targeting TDP leaders especially those facing financial crunch.

They are being promised a ticket and also the complete election expense.

I-PAC reportedly approached a leader in Uttarandhra and Rayalaseema. Both of them were promised complete election expenses. The Rayalaseema leader was promised a ticket for his wife. But both of them declined the offer.

I-PAC was brokering the deal on behalf of YSR Congress because the ruling party does not want to expose itself and also if the party directly deals, it will alert the sitting MLAs and other leaders leading to dissenting.
