Cyber crimes are mushrooming at a worrisome rate. Here’s one such latest incident involving a man from Hyderabad who has been running nude video calls with women scam.
The said man is one Chandrasekhar, 40, a KPHB native. He works at Herbalife wellness agency at the phase 6 of KPHB.
This man gathers the contact details of women who approach the wellness agency and comes in contact with them. He then lures a few and has nude video calls with them. He records the videos of these nude women to blackmail them then.
He had been torturing a woman by recording her nude video calls. She has now approached the KPHB police and the police then took Chandrasekhar into custody.
Upon digging deep, the police found out that Chandrasekhar is a habitual offender. He did the same with a woman from Raidurgam area of Hyderabad and took Rs 2 crores from her by blackmailing her. He was arrested and then released on bail. There are many other victims of him as well, it seems.
The police have been warning women and commoners in general not to fall in these traps and stay away from cyber frauds.
