Hyderabad High Court Shocks JC Diwakar ReddyHyderabad High Court has disappointed Anantapur MP JC Diwakar Reddy who filed a petition over domestic airlines adding him to their No-Fly list. “Will you allow such passengers if such incident happens in Diwakar Travels?” the court questioned.

The counsel on the MP’s behalf asked Temporary relief since the Parliament session is on. But the court refused to grant relief without listening to the version of the airlines. On 15th of June, Diwakar Reddy created hulchul at Vishakapatnam Airport after he was refused boarding pass by IndiGo Airlines.

The incident has got extensive coverage in National media and that prompted all the airlines to add him to their No Fly List. JC hired a Special Flight to vote in the Presidential Elections at New Delhi. Even though Diwakar Reddy had the option of voting in Amaravati, he chose to hire a Special Flight to Delhi.
