The other day, Quthbullapur BRS MLA Vivekananda met former AP minister and TDP leader Ganta Srinivasa Rao and former CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana. Vivekananda, who went to Visakha for a program, met these two leaders.
Since then, there are rumors that Ganta and Lakshmi Narayana will be joining BRS in Andhra Pradesh.
The news about JD Lakshmi Narayana may be a bit believable because he is not in any party right now and definitely needs some platform. He is even ready to contest 2024 election as an independent. So, BRS is any day better than that.
But the case of Ganta is totally different. The former minister is a shrewd politician and will be very well aware that there is no political future for BRS beyond Telangana. Joining the party is suicidal at this point in time.
Only a few days ago, Ganta met TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh and told the media that he will be active in the party going forward and will stick to the Cycle party.
But after that, we have seen his arch-rival, Ayyannapatrudu attacks him verbally in the media.
But the question is – Did Ganta change his opinion just for Ayyanna’s comments?
At this point in time neither Ganta/Lakshmi Narayana nor BRS made any announcement. So, it is all speculation for now.
