The building serves multipurpose of residence, a mini-secretariat, a theater with 250 seating ability and the 300 parking lots facilitating huge parking capacity.
Here is the best part, expenditure of the construction. It cost about 50 Crore of rupees for the structure to be completed. Apparently, a large part of the budget was spent on the security of home. Bathroom of CM has got bullet-proof windows and ventilators. Also, KCR and KTR’s bedrooms have got the best quality glass. Security personnel about 50 in number would be guarding the residence all the time.
The building is constructed at the heart of Hyderabad city, the capital of Telangana. As per reports, KCR family possibly would move into the new house on Thursday.
