High Court Embarrassee Jagan in Kodi Kathi CaseHyderabad High Court has taken the petition of Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Kodi Kathi Case. Jagan urged the court to handover the case to a third party agency which can not be influenced by the state Government. The high court hearing did not go in favour of Jagan and in fact, the court posed some tough questions to Jagan’s Counsel.

The court asked why he flew to Hyderabad without giving statement to Vishakapatnam Police. The court asked the counsel of the Central Government if anyone is allowed to fly with an injury. When asked why Jagan did not cooperate with AP Police in the investigation, Jagan’s Counsel said his client do not trust the Police Department of Andhra Pradesh.

The Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Government brought to the notice of the court that it is not fair to blame the department when the Opposition Leader is not cooperating with the Police in the investigation. Legal Experts say this case may turn as an embarrassment for the Opposition Leader as the court is unlikely to entertain his political blame game. Each and every question posed by the court are the same questions asked by the Chief Minister in his press meet on that fateful day.
