Hyderabad High Court Division by JuneReports are emerging the Hyderabad High Court may be divided by June the next year. Sources say that the Andhra Pradesh High Court may be temporarily hosted in Medha Towers at Gannavaram. If everything goes well, June is going to be the D-Date.

Already 18 Judges including the Temporary Chief Justice have opted to come to Andhra Pradesh. After the Supreme Court’s nod, Union Law Ministry will forward the proposals to Central Cabinet for its ratification.

After that President of India will issue the necessary notification. National Informatics Centre (NIC) will be roped in for technical support for shifting of the high court. Andhra Pradesh litigants need not have to travel to Hyderabad once this happens.

Division of the high court is the prime demand of Telangana government for a long time and it is finally happening. With that, almost everything is separated between both the sides. That will also mean everything of Andhra Pradesh administration will be out of Hyderabad.
