High Court Clears Route For Petition Against JaganThe Telangana High Court has ordered that the number be allotted to the petition filed by MP Raghurama Krishna Raju in the case pertaining to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy‘s disproportionate assets.

Raghurama had filed a petition in the high court ten months ago in connection with the CM’s disproportionate assets. The petition has not been heard as it was not been given a number citing technical issues.

The counsel for the petitioner brought the issue to the notice of the High Court. The High Court dismissed the high court registry’s objections and issued clear directions to assign a number to the MP’s petition.

Several EDI and CBI cases are pending in connection with Jagan’s disproportionate assets. Raghu Rama approached the High Court demanding appropriate action as per the Supreme Court orders to expedite the cases of the people’s representatives.

Once the number is given, the date will be allocated for the first hearing.

It is known to our readers that the YSR Congress Rebel MP is fighting relentlessly to expedite the cases against the Chief Minister and as a result had to face arrest and sedition cases.
