Now, a letter from a Secretary of the Health Department to various participants of the clinical trials is leaked on social media. The letter claims that they are expecting the launch of the vaccine for public health use latest by August 15th completing all clinical trials.

A rider is added saying that the final outcome will depend on the cooperation of all clinical trial sites involved in this project. The secretary asks them to fast track all approvals related to the initiation of clinical trial and further adds non-compliance will be viewed very seriously.

Vaccine arriving on August 15th means it will be early that the Oxford Vaccine which claims to be in advanced stage than any other vaccine in the World. Oxford Vaccine has been conducting human trials for around three months now. So, it will be a huge achievement if the August 15th release will happen.
