TRS Harish Rao strange argumentTelangana Water Resources Minister Harish Rao dashed a letter to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu criticizing their stand on the Telangana projects. Harish came with a strange argument defending his government’s stand. He went on to say Palamuru project works began during Kiran Kumar Reddy time with 70 TMC capacity.

His government is not violating AP Reorganization Act since it is an old project. But the project is redesigned and is now of 90 TMC Capacity. Only Harish can explain how it is an old project. Harish also went on to object Pattiseema project and demanded 45 TMC compensation for the project.

Pattiseema is built on a lower state and it makes use of the water going in to the sea. The water do not belong to Telangana as it is diverted only when it is in AP. However Telangana is an Upper State to Andhra Pradesh. Any project construction there will affect the lower state. Hence Palamuru and Pattiseema can not be the same!
