Governor's Speech Has No Mention About AmaravatiGovernor ESL Narasimhan had addressed a joint session of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly a little while ago. The governor reads out the speech given by the Government. It is more about government plans, schemes, achievements, and also some criticism about the Previous Governments.

In Narasimhan‘s Speech, the government also revealed the plans about the Navaratnas promised by the YSR Congress. The Speech also made some political comments criticizing the previous government alleging Corruption. The interesting part of the speech is the total omission about Amaravati.

The speech did not make any mention about Amaravati and the government plans to the Capital City. This attitude will just continue the suspense about YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Government plans about Amaravati. Interestingly, YSR Congress’ Election Manifesto also did not mention about Amaravati before the elections.

Earlier, they said Jagan will review the CRDA affairs in a Review Meeting on 6th of this month and decide the fate of the Capital. But the meeting got postponed and there is no word about the meeting. The farmers who have given their lands for the Capital are very much worried about the rumors about the Capital may be shifted.
