She was with her 20-year-old boyfriend in her bedroom when her mother walked into the house. Immediately, the girl urged the boyfriend to flee and out of anxiety, the girl jumped out from the window, even.

The 20-year-old boy, Sunil Zhende was booked under POCSO Act for the attempt of rape and house trespassing. Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) was passed for the legal protection of children below 18 years.
