Janasena President Pawan Kalyan in a Public meeting in Anantapur a couple of years ago went on to say that he will contest from the district in 2019 elections. Later on, he recently said he will contest from Uttarandhra.
And now, he is touring West Godavari as a part of his Janasena Porata Yatra and is camping in Bhimavaram for more than 10 days. There are strong rumours that Pawan Kalyan will contest from the constituency in the coming elections.
They say Pawan Kalyan contesting from Bhimavaram can influence the party’s prospects in neighboring constituencies like Undi, Palakollu, Tanuku, etc. But then, such speculations are cropping up wherever he goes and he silent about what is in his mind.
Chiranjeevi contested from Coastal Andhra as well as Rayalaseema in 2009 elections but lost from Palakollu. It has to be seen if Pawan Kalyan will also contest from two places like his Brother. As of now, the Janasenani is playing cards close to his chest.
