Terrorism was most confined to Hyderabad and Old City in the United State. There are very less Terror movements in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema back in those days. However after the bifurcation, intelligence reports suggest that Terrorist are finding AP more secured to stay.
Working on a tip-off, National Intelligence Agency (NIA) made 22 arrests in Vijayawada in the last couple of days. It is found that 18 of them do not have any links with Terrorists but four of them are suspected to have links with SIMI.
These four people are also found to be accessing terrorism related websites. They are taken in to NIA custody and are interrogating them. NIA is conducting these search operations on their own with out any intimation to Vijayawada Police.
