First MLA To Be Infected by Corona in Andhra PradeshReports are emerging that the first MLA of Andhra Pradesh has got infected by the Coronavirus. S Kota MLA Srinivasa Rao is tested positive for the Contagious virus when tested on a TRUNAT machine. For the second opinion, a TPCR Test was performed and the reports are awaited.

His Gunman is also tested Positive. The MLA was put in Home Quarantine and the officials are busy tracing his contacts. While he is the first MLA to be infected, in Telangana, so far three MLAs were infected. On the other side, MLAs are panicking as this MLA attended the Assembly a few days ago to vote in the Rajya Sabha elections.

The MLAs who have come in close contact with him were asked to Home Quarantine. Andhra Pradesh is inching towards the 10,000 mark in the Corona Cases. As per the medical bulletin released the other day, the total cases in the state are 9,372. If we consider only native cases, the count is 7,451.

The contagious virus already claimed 106 lives in the state.
