First-Indian-Corona--Death-Reported-in-the-USChef Floyd Cardoz is the first reported case of corona death in the US, today. He was diagnosed COVID-19 positive after the chef observed certain symptoms of the virus and was admitted to a hospital in New York.

On Wednesday, he died of the infection due to Coronavirus. He was the co-owner of a chain of restaurants with names Bombay Canteen. O Pedro and Bombay Sweet Shop. He used to live in New York but came to India in the first week of March.

Later, he went back to New York and when he observed the feverishness, cough and shortness of breath, got himself admitted to the hospital. His death is going to create panic among those who might have come in contact with him in India.

Even the Health Department in Mumbai was informed about the case of Chef Floyd Cardoz’s visit to Mumbai so that they can take precautionary measures regarding the people who might have interacted or come in contact with the chef.

Out of anxiety, Floyd Cardoz actually apologized social media users for creating panic with his post about his health. However, his worst fears turned out to be real with his death. Shocking and unnerving, indeed!
