The Schedule of the General Elections is expected in the last week of February or the first week of March. Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections schedule will also be expected at the same time. Buzz in the Political Circles is that the elections in Andhra Pradesh may happen in Two Phases this time.
Since Telangana Assembly Elections are already complete, the Parliament Elections in Telangana will be completed in a single phase. For the last few times, Andhra Pradesh has been going to elections in a single phase. Back then, the elections in AP and Telangana used to happen in different phases.
It has to be seen if Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema will go to elections in two different phases. Election Commission of India observers are touring the states and are gauging the poll-preparedness in those states before announcing the election schedule.
