Eight Star Hotels will be coming up in Amaravati very soon and three of them will come up in the Administrative City. In those, two are 5-star hotels, two are 4-star hotels and four are 3-star hotels. The government will be giving four acres for 5-Star hotels, 2 acres for 4-star hotels and one acre for 3-Star Hotels.
Each acre will be given at a concessional rate of 3 Crore. In the administrative city, there will be three hotels of each class. Tenders were floated for interested parties. These hotels will be catering the needs of the huge tourist influx to the Capital City.
Chandrababu government is keen on creating the ecosystem needed to develop Amaravati as a World-Class city. The government is doing hand-holding initially to those investing in the Capital City. It is a model tried in Hyderabad as well in Chandrababu‘s previous regime.
