Andhra Pradesh has emerged as the Number One State in Ease of Doing Business Rankings announced the other day while Telangana is closely following it and is placed at the Second Spot. But then, Media houses of parties saw it as they like it.
While almost all the Newspapers in India carried AP’s Achievement on the Front Page, YSR Congress Mouthpiece, Sakshi relegated the item to a small box item on the Second Page. TRS Mouthpiece, Namasthe Telangana went a step further.
It has carried the Main Page Item saying ‘Sulabha Vanijyamlo Telanganaku Agrasthanam’. It has reported how Telangana got 100% in Reform Evidence Scorecard. It wrote a big article in the Business Page about the same and heaped praises on KTR.
Finally, wrote a little item about how Andhra Pradesh got the first place in the Overall rankings. Namasthe Telangana has reported as if Telangana got the major ranking while AP has got some consolation award in some other small category. Pleasing the Masters Leaving Aside Media Ethics?
