Wang Jianlin chandrababu naiduChinese conglomerate Dalian Wanda is contemplating an investment of about 3 billion USD in Andhra Pradesh. The company’s representatives held a series of talks with the state government and are planning a world-class industrial park in Prakasam district along with other ventures in the capital region of Amaravati.

CM Chandrababu Naidu finalized this deal with the company CEO in his previous China tour. The company had its presence in commercial property, luxury hotels, culture and tourism and retail. The company is likely to be allotted over 8,000 acres of land in and around Donakonda and the villages of Rudrasamudram, Pochamakkalapalli, Bhumanapalli, Ragamukkalapalli and Indlachervu.

The delegation from Dalian Wanda also scouted few areas in the capital region. The company already toured five Northern states to setup their facilities but are unimpressed. But they are very interested in investing in AP.
