Congress Senior Leader and Mydukuru MLA Ravindra Reddy has announced his voluntary retirement. He revealed neither he nor his family members will be contesting elections. DL however extended his support to Telugu Desam Party in the coming elections and called for people to destroy Congress who is responsible for state division. It is known that DL also worked for TDP in the recent local body elections.
Speaking to his followers, the Ex-Minister said, “Politics became a costly affair these days. I dont have so much of money to contest. I will concentrate on business for the next 5 years. And hopefully I will earn enough to make a comeback in 2019”. DL was sacked from Kiran Kumar Reddy’s cabinet due to his continuous dissidence on their own government. Ravindra is a senior-most Congress MLA who had previously served in the cabinets of M Channa Reddy and Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy,
