Union Government had submitted one more affidavit in the High Court saying that it has no role in deciding the Capital of Andhra Pradesh. This is the third or fourth such affidavit by the Center which is like in the indirect support of the three capitals.
The Center also went on to say there is nothing like a Single Capital in the Reorganization Act and having three capitals is not wrong, according to the act. Amaravati farmers are fuming at the treachery of the BJP which has claimed complete support for Amaravati earlier.
“What is more appalling is the silence of Pawan Kalyan. He earlier claimed to ally with the BJP just to stop the three capitals. But he seems to have closed his eyes and ears when the BJP led Central Government has joined hands with YSR Congress Government to stifle the throat of Amaravati and the farmers,” Amaravati farmers allege.
“Pawan Kalyan stopped his thinking on his own ever since he allied with the Party. He is carrying the agenda of the BJP on his shoulders. He is doing Dharma Parirakshana Deeksha today condemning a Chariot in Antarvedi but has no time for even speaking about the plight of farmers. Did he close his eyes and ears?” they allege.
