Did Jagan Unnecessarily Spoil The Comfort Zone?CBI Court in Nampally has served notices to YSR Congress Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy in a petition filed by Raghu Rama Krishna Raju. The Narasapuram has approached the court to cancel Vijaysai Reddy’s bail citing violation of bail terms.

On the other hand, a similar petition on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail revocation is likely to have the final verdict on August 25th. This is also filed by Raghu Rama Krishna Raju. The rift between the YSR Congress high command and its own MP has led to all this.

Ever since becoming the Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy is not attending the court proceedings in one name or the other. Neither the Court nor the CBI did not take it seriously even though it is hampering the trial of the cases.

In a way, the Ruling party’s top brass entered into an unnecessary rift with their own MP and ended up in trouble. Even though they will have further legal remedies, this will cost a huge political capital to Jagan Mohan Reddy if it all there are adverse verdicts in both these cases.
