delhi-polls-time-for-bjp-to-relinquish-communal-agendaAam Admi Party is inching towards a Hattrick in Delhi Assembly Elections. Out of the 70 seats in the State Assembly, the party is leading in over 55 seats as of now which is sensational. BJP improved its Vote Bank when compared to the 2015 elections but is confining itself to around 15 seats.

This is a humiliating defeat for BJP as the Saffron Party deployed its rank and file to defeat Arvind Kejriwal at any cost. BJP’s campaign revolved around Communal Politics while completely ignoring the state-related issues. The mandate for AAP is a mandate for Good Governance and the good work of Kejriwal in the Government Schools and Hospitals.

Incidentally, BJP has won all of the seven MP seats in Delhi in the parliament elections which happened less than a year ago. It is high time BJP realizes that it is the time to stop hate politics, divisive politics, polarization and encourage good governance, inclusive ideology and focus on Development.

The sooner it realizes, the better for the Saffron Party. On the other side, things are even worse for Congress which has ruled Delhi between 1998-2013 did not even open its account there. The Vote Share of the party got confined to less than 5% which indicates that its voters have shifted to AAP.
