huzurabad-KCR TRSBattlelines are drawn for By-elections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Huzurabad from Telangana and Badvel from Andhra Pradesh will be going for By-election on 30th October. Election Commission has announced the schedule to that extent.

The notification will be out on October 1st and October 8th is the last date for nominations. The polling will take place on October 30th and the counting will happen on November 2nd. Usually, By-elections will favor the Ruling Party candidates.

But then, Huzurabad By-election poses an interesting scenario. TRSlost its strongman Eetela Rajender to the BJP which is already showing signs of gaining in the state. The party is spending unbelievable amounts of money to defeat Eetela. A defeat here will be very embarrassing and will also have huge political repercussions for TRS.

In Andhra Pradesh, Badvel constituency is from the Chief Minister’s native district, Kadapa. The By-election is necessitated due to the sudden Demise of the sitting MLA from the Ruling Party.
