All the disproportionate assets cases pertaining to Jagan comes under Telangana High Court’s jurisdiction. Jagan Mohan Reddy has been evading court appearances ever since he became the Chief Minister ensuring that the hearings do not go forward.

All the courts at Hyderabad are directed to continue the present practice of virtual hearing till November 6 this year. The Chief Minister may have to attend the court at least via Virtual hearings.
