CRDA Region To Be Decimated To Curb Dissent Andhra Pradesh Government is keen on making the CRDA region history. Even though the Government is in denial, the anti-government feeling is at peaks in all the Twenty Nine Villages coming under the CRDA region. So, the Government is keen on decimating the effect.

Accordingly, these 29 villages will be merged into nearby Amaravati will be made Municipal Corporation. Some of the 29 villages will be merged in Tadepalli and Mangalagiri municipalities, remaining in Amaravati Municipal Corporation.

So, elections will not be held in these villages. The Notification for the Andhra Pradesh Local Body Elections may be out on 17th of this month. So the division exercise will be done even before the Assembly ratifies the Three Capitals idea.

The Special Assembly Session will convene on 20th of this month and is likely to take place for three days. All the three reports – GN Rao Committee, Boston Consulting Group, and the High Power Committe Reports will be placed before the house.
