Vishakapatnam Court had issued notices to Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his Personal Assistant. The Court asked Jagan to give the shirt worn by Jagan during the attack to the Investigating Officers by 23rd of this month. The Investigating Officials opined that the short is a crucial evidence in this case.
But Jagan has been refusing to cooperate with the Police Department and did not give the Shirt to them so far. He did not even give a statement. Jagan and his party have been trying for a Third Party Investigation which cannot be influenced by the State Government. They already reached out to the High Court, Central Government, Governor and President of India to get such investigation.
